Soul coaching entails listening to the soft voice of the soul beyond the noise of our experience.  To do so we lovingly address where we may be losing energy, how to be present with all of the experiences that led us to this moment and how to retrain and strengthen the pathways to ones sacred connection with Source and self.  It's my intention to empower your relationship with your Soul so that you are your own life coach.

During the session you will be encouraged  to have open dialogue so difficult feelings are met with breath, compassion and support.  After the session you are encouraged to journal, do guided self care and inquiry ( homework) and utilize a loving support network of trusted individuals 

Consultations are up to 20 minutes.  Initial and continued sessions are 1 hour.  Having said this, please allow more time to both settle into your mind/body before and allow for self care and integration time afterward.

Soul coaching, energy work and private yoga sessions are 1 hour at $60  

Package rate of 3 sessions $150

Thai assisted stretching sessions are 1 hour at $80

Life is always the greatest teacher!   Having shifted through my own traumas I've embarked on helping others through theirs in ways that work for them.  What I've found is that not every tool works for every person at every stage, thus my tool belt: Behavioral Health Tech with experience in co-occurring disorders, Shaman apprentice  under two teachers: Ty Hudnall and Laurel Lyons, former CNA specializing in hospice, Yoga Instructor specializing in trauma release, Massage therapist specializing in structural integration and energy work, Personal Trainer specializing in postural and behavior changed of course I'm an ever learning student of this great experience.
