Free consultation (20 minutes):
We will discuss what you are experiencing, your expectations, your support and your self care practices to see if it's a good fit to work together.
Initial Session (60 minutes):
I will begin sessions with questions regarding your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual bodies and work with you to set an intention for the session and beyond. Once intentions are set I will guide you into gentle breathing practices and teach you how to listen to your own inner guidance. I will ask you to vocalize any sensations, visuals, feelings and memories along the way. How all of these are related will become increasingly obvious throughout the session.
You may choose a more active or passive role for the specific session. Coaching is a more active role and is usually conducted seated in a chair or lying on massage table and involves interactive dialogue. Energy work is a more passive role and done in a lying position on a massage table or in reclined chair. Both are available either in person or remotely.
Using intuitive energy work, guided meditation, movement, open dialogue and (if in person) possibly touch we will follow the pathways that are ready to open one at a time. I will ask questions about each area we delve into and we will work together to find balance in places that are energetically stagnant or charged. Learning how to be present with the belief systems, pain patterns and relational ties to energy imbalances is the pathway to your own healing journey. As the body unwinds it is common to feel sensations such as: crying, tightness and twitching of muscles, shortness of breath, increased heart rate, sudden hot and cold, nerve tingling and burning, etc. What’s beneath all of those is a peace, ease and joy that surpasses my vocabulary. Your session is about using YOUR intuition and awareness to heal YOU. Being patient with the protective layers that may be covering your vulnerable and soulful truths will take compassion and time… which leads us to homework. At the end of the session I will guide you toward self care and awareness practices to maintain energetic balance and become intune with your inner wisdom. After the session you are also encouraged to utilize a network of loving individuals to support your soulful process. Post your session you are free to email or text with insights and questions at no cost.
Continued sessions (60 minutes):
Each session is unique so we discuss what practices worked and did not work for you. What you discovered, how it's related to your daily life, any new issues and refine the practice to optimize soulful integration.
Your space:
The space that you do your video session in should be free of distractions and set up for maximum comfort as the body needs to be cozy before deeper layers are accessible. It is recommended that you wear layers as body temperatures can change quickly when emotions and trauma are accessed. It is also recommended that you allot some time both before and after your session in the space you've created to settle, set your intentions, process and integrate.

Session (60 minutes):
After checking in with your goals we tailor sessions accordingly. You may choose a more active or passive role for the specific session. An active role includes a yoga practice designed with your strength, stretch and balance needs in mind and can be done remotely or in person. A passive role includes assisted stretching and is inspired as... yoga and Thai massage meet trauma release. Sessions are done in person, fully clothed and on a Thai Massage mat and/or yoga mat (provided).
Craniosacral is a passive form of energy work that works with the craniosacral fluid that surrounds the central nervous system and their related structures. It is ideal for people with a history of physical, emotional or mental trauma and can be combined with soul coaching. Sessions are done in person on a massage table with comfortable clothing optional.
At the end of the session I will guide you toward self care and awareness practices to maintain your results. Prepare to take 24 hours off of vigorous activity after assisted stretching and energy work. Post your session you are free to email or text with insights and questions at no cost.
